Platform to Enable Easy and Scalable Connectivity to i-ALERT AI platform for Equipment Health Monitoring

Rockville, Md., October 10, 2019 – Machfu, an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology company, announced today the integration of its Internet of Things Gateway Platform with ITT Inc.’s i-ALERT Sensor and Ai Web Platform. The integration provides scalable predictive maintenance at any level. The i-ALERT Gateway provides a secure connection between the i-ALERT sensors and the i-ALERT Ai Platform. Vibration spectrum from equipment can be retrieved when there is an alarm as well as getting around the clock trends of vibration and temperature data.

ITT Inc.’s i-ALERT sensors track tri-axial vibration, tri-axial kurtosis, temperature, and run-time hours 24/7/365. They also wirelessly synchronize data to the i-ALERT mobile app via Bluetooth V4 enabled devices. A check is performed every five minutes and alarms if the equipment is outside normal operating conditions. Visual ALERTs notify users and they wirelessly broadcast an alarm message.
